Debrief Skills Course for Loganair in Scotland
ITS have delivered two 3-day Debrief Skills courses to simulator and line instructors at Loganair in Glasgow. The course was designed to give instructors the necessary knowledge and skills they require to facilitate debrief sessions, and particularly in the context of CRM. The emphasis in this training was therefore facilitation, debriefing, assessment, communication and feedback skills.
