Human Performance & Limitations – CRM Instructors
Sun Express recently asked ITS to deliver an HPL course to their CRM instructor team on their base in Antalya, Turkey.
HPL forms an integral part of a CRM Instructor’s skills, and of course an acceptable knowledge of HPL is an EASA requirement.
The course covers the background to HPL within CRM and TEM, and looks more closely at the range of topics within the HPL syllabus.
This course will be a requirement for CRM instructors who are flight attendants, and will act as a refresher course for CRM instructors who covered HPL during their initial flight training.
The course will also be beneficial to any personnel who would like to gain some knowledge about Human Performance & Limitations.
