Description

During their career in aviation, many pilots find themselves changing operators once every few years. These changes can result in the pilot becoming stressed, unfamiliar with the new environment, and can even lead to a negative transfer. To ease the adaptation process, the transition to a new operator requires attendance at a Crew Resource Management Operator’s Conversion Course.

This 1-day course is EASA and FAA compliant and is facilitated by one of our senior CRM trainers.

The subjects on this course include all modules required by the regulators. Some examples:

  • Refreshing the Basic principles of Crew Resource Management
  • Effective Communication and Conflict Management
  • Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Culture
  • Decision Making
  • Automation, Monitoring and Intervention
  • Leadership and Followership

All these concepts will be facilitated by using case studies as well as group and individual activities, so expect a highly interactive course! Feedback from the trainer will also be provided to enhance the learning experience.

Courses commence at 08.00 UTC and the duration will be 8-hours, including breaks.

A certificate will be issued on completion of the course.
