The ITS Initial Pilot CRM course is normally 2-day duration and covers 3 core modules: The Organisation, the Team and the Individual.
Covering all subjects within the CRM syllabus, the course is compliant with the latest EASA and FAA requirements.
Although a generic course is available, ITS prefer to produce tailored courses to suit an individual operation and their requirements.
Recurrent pilot CRM courses are designed and delivered on a training cycle required by local Regulators; for example a 3-year cycle as required by EASA. Normally, recurrent training is delivered as joint training with cabin crew.
