Pilot & Cabin Crew Intial Course

Who It Is For

  • Pilots: New hires, or those transitioning to multi-crew operations.

  • Cabin Crew: Flight attendants with or without Cabin Crew Attestation.

  • Mixed Audiences: Airlines aiming to cultivate cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Duration

  • 3 days (18 total training hours).

  • Daily schedule: 6 hours of interactive training (lectures, workshops, and simulations).

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will:

  1. Apply CRM principles to improve situational awareness, decision-making, and communication.

  2. Recognise and mitigate human errors linked to fatigue, stress, and workload.

  3. Demonstrate effective leadership, followership, and conflict resolution in multi-crew environments.

  4. Enhance pilot-cabin crew coordination for normal and emergency operations.

This course fulfills EASA Part-ORA (ORA.GEN.110) and Part-ORO (ORO.AOC.125) requirements for CRM training in commercial air operations, as well as FAA AC 120-51, and ICAO Doc 9995 standards.
