Air Astana – CRMI Line & Assessment Skills
ITS have completed a 3-day course for Air Astana in Kazakhstan which was designed to provide CRMI-Line and Assessment Skills training for their line and simulator instructors.
The course syllabus covered a range of subjects, but specific attention was paid to debriefing, facilitating, NOTECHS and the skills required to assess non-technical skills (CRM) on the line and in the simulator.
The next stage in this process will be for ITS to support Air Astana with the preparation and introduction of a behavioural marker (NOTECHS) scheme.
