The ITS cabin crew CRM course is normally 1-day duration and covers 3 core modules: The Organisation, the Team and the Individual. The course is designed specifically for cabin crew and uses appropriate case studies and examples
Covering all subjects within the CRM syllabus, the course is compliant with the latest EASA and FAA requirements.
Although a generic course is available, ITS prefer to produce tailored courses to suit individual operation and their requirements.
Recurrent cabin crew CRM courses are designed and delivered on a training cycle required by local Regulators; for example a 3-year cycle as required by EASA. Normally, recurrent training is delivered as joint training with pilots.
