Description
EASA regulations (AMC1 ORO.FC.115,215 Crew resource management training) require that a CRM trainer should have followed a theoretical human performance and limitations (HPL) course. This course delivers the required HPL elements to meet EASA requirements for CRM trainers.
This 2-day course is based on the EASA ATPL Syllabus and Learning Objectives and is a fully interactive event. It will assist CRM trainers to deliver effective CRM training to pilots and flight attendants; helping them to appreciate the limitations of the human body within the aviation environment.
The course is suitable for both pilots, who will refresh their HPL knowledge, and for flight attendants for whom this may be a new subject. A comprehensive course manual will be provided, which delegates will refer to throughout the course, and in preparing their practice sessions.
HPL course dates are linked to the CRMT course dates to assist new CRM trainers to meet the EASA requirement.
The course includes:
- 2-days training
- Full set of course handouts
- Action Plan
- Certificate on completion of the course
- HP&L Course Manual
- Lunch, coffee/tea
