Request Private CourseDescription
For both pilots and flight attendants, the study of Human Performance and Limitations is essential for an understanding of the key role played by human factors in the safety and efficiency of an operation.
Under EASA guidelines, it is a requirement that a ‘suitably qualified’ CRM Trainer has either attended an HPL training course, or holds an ATPL.
The ITS HPL course covers the basic psychological and physiological elements by highlighting the demands placed on our faculties such as, for example, perception, communication, judgement and decision-making, and by clarifying some important limitations of those faculties.
We offer open courses here in the UK, or we can deliver a course at any location worldwide and at a date convenient to you, subject only to the availability of our instructors.
The open course includes:
2-days training
Comprehensive ATPL HP&L manual, complete with specimen questions and answers
Certificate on completion of the course
Refreshments and lunch on training days
