Thai Airways International in Bangkok

ITS have this month delivered two CRM Instructor courses for Thai Airways International in Bangkok.

The first course was a 5-day CRMI course, which was delivered to pilots who will be delivering CRM training within the airline. The second course was a 3-day Advanced CRMI course for instructors who already have experience in delivering CRM training within the airline.

As with all private CRM Instructor courses delivered to their clients, ITS tailored both courses to the needs of the Thai Airways instructors. As each course progressed, the ITS instructor responded to the specific needs of the delegates and the courses were adjusted to suit their requirements.

SMS Implementation Course

Biz-Jet Initial CRM Training, Slovenia

ITS has delivered Initial CRM training to personnel employed with business jet operator Elit’Avia, based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Elit’Avia specifically asked that as many company personnel as possible attend the training. The course was therefore prepared to accommodate a wide range of personnel including flight crew, cabin crew, despatch, crew control, travel, HR, sales, finance and management.

The first task for ITS was to visit the company offices in Ljubljana to conduct a detailed GAP analysis around the company and its operation. This included one-to-one conversations with a wide range of personnel from all departments in the company.

Once the GAP analysis had been completed, ITS then prepared a course specifically tailored to the Elit’Avia business jet operation.

Whilst the required CRM syllabus was covered in full, additional attention was paid in particular to teamwork and communication within the organisation, both within individual teams, and between the various teams/departments.

Feedback from the training was extremely positive, which once again demonstrates ITS’ experience and skill in designing and delivering bespoke training solutions for a wide range of clients and operations.

ITS have delivered another CRMI Line course for Ryanair on their base at East Midlands.

This is the latest in an ongoing series of such courses delivered by ITS over the last 18 months and further cements the 8-year working relationship between the two companies.

Training Captain and Core Courses in the Maldives

ITS has been awarded a contract with Maldivian Air Taxi to run both Training Captain and Core courses on their base in the Maldives.

The Training Captain course will be based around AMC FCL 1.340 and AMC FCL 1.365, amended to suit Maldivian DCA and operator-specific requirements.

The Core Course has been designed in line with UK CAA Appendix B in Standards Document 43, amended in line with current MCARS required by the Maldivian DCA. This course has also been tailored to the Client’s specific float plane operation.

CRM Instructor Training for Global Jet in Geneva

Global Jet, a leading European provider of executive jet charter and personalised travel services, will in future deliver their CRM training in-house.

In preparation for this process, Global Jet contracted ITS to run a CRM Instructor course for their instructors in Geneva, Switzerland.

ITS tailored the course to the specific requirements of the Global Jet operation and, having successfully delivered the CRMI course, are now discussing other consultancy services with Global Jet.
