CRM Line & Instructor
This 1-day course has been designed to give Line/Simulator Trainers and Checkers the necessary knowledge and skills required to facilitate line and simulator training sessions in the context of CRM.
During the course delegates will cover
- Understanding behaviour;
- The observation of behaviours;
- Introduction or review of NOTECHS/Behavioural Markers;
- Problems and difficulties associated with observing behaviours;
- Practical sessions for observing, categorising and rating behaviour.
This course will also give delegates an increased awareness of their strengths and weaknesses as CRM Instructors on the line and in the simulator.
With a very short on-line questionnaire, issued in advance of the course, participants will be invited to highlight any issues, concerns or topics they would like to discuss during the course. This will enable our facilitators to tailor the course to each of the participant’s particular needs.
Our experience in running CRM Trainer Line courses highlights just how interactive and beneficial this course is for all participants.
Courses commence at 08.00 UTC and the duration will be 8-hours, including breaks.
A certificate will be issued on completion of the course.
